Preparing young people for the technology job market

The Academy is our own training program: we select young people with potential, train them hands-on in the tools the global market demands, and place them in real projects alongside senior professionals. It is how we turn energy and curiosity into certified, employable IT professionals.

Training Tracks

Every student starts with a common foundation and then follows one of four specialization tracks. Each stage ends with a practical project and, where applicable, an industry certification.

How the program works

Selection

We look for potential, not credentials: logical reasoning, curiosity and the drive to learn. No prior professional experience is required.

Full-time training

[DADO: duração] of intensive, mentor-led training with labs, real projects and weekly evaluations.

Certification

Students are prepared for recognized certifications in their track, such as [DADO: certificações, ex.: ISTQB, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CKA, Microsoft PL-300]. Exam fees are covered by the program.

Placement

Graduates join DanSoftDev teams working for international clients, always paired with a senior engineer during their first months.

Inclusion and diversity

Technology careers should be open to everyone. The Academy sets explicit goals so that opportunity reaches people who are usually left out of the industry.

The Academy in Paraguay
